Refund policy
Due to sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL on wig purchases. Absolutely no refunds will be issued once wigs have been shipped out. Due to sanitation guidelines, I can not restock a wig that has been handled by customers. Failure to read this policy does not make you exempt. Also, please do not purchase wigs without knowing your circumference size. Descriptions for each wig will be listed on the product page including the wig size. READY TO WEAR AND PREMADE wigs are not custom fitted. Refunds will not be issued due to issues regarding sizing and size alterations will not be made. Know your size & order accordingly. Please do not just order a wig because you like it without taking size into consideration. One size does not fit all. If you would like a custom fit, please book directly through my booking site. Again, failure to read does not exempt you from policies. Filing claims due to failure to read will result in me disputing your claim as FRAUD & banning you from purchasing and/or booking me in the future.
No refunds will be issued due to shipping/delivery times. Please plan to order ahead and accordingly, as your payment takes 2-3 days to process (sometimes longer if you use pay in 4 options). Shipping times are stated explicitly on each product AND/OR in the shipping policy. Failure to read does not negate from that fact.
Due to sanitary purposes, all clip in sales are final. Please be sure to choose the correct length and texture before checking out. If you notice you made an error in your order confirmation, please notify me immediately so that I can try to make changes if possible.
No refunds on digital downloads (vendors or tutorials). Once the file is downloadable to you, It is permanently saved until you delete it; therefore, my intellectual property cannot be returned. Please do not share videos with individuals that haven’t paid for them.
