Shipping policy

Please expect shipping time frames of 6-8 business days after your payment has been processed (2 business days) for ready to ship wigs. Once the payment has processed, wigs will be refreshed for shipping. Please notify me of any add ons such as baby hair, lace cutting, etc. before shipping.

Clip in orders will arrive within 7-10 business days. Please allow 2 business days for payment processing and 6-8 days for standard shipping times.

Preordered wigs require shipping time frames of at least 10-15 business days for payment processing, receiving extensions/wig, unit construction, and shipping.

If you ordered a digital product, you will not receive a tracking number or physical product. Digital products are instantly downloadable. 

Orders will always be shipped through USPS. Please contact the United States Postal Service for issues with deliveries. If you cannot locate your package, please look in your mailbox, around your porch, ask your neighbor, or check the mailroom/front desk/reception area if you live in an apartment building. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. 

As of 10/5/23, all orders will require a signature for delivery and you will be asked to confirm that you placed the order via email or text before it is shipped. Unfortunately, due to individuals disputing transactions after receiving their orders, I have to take steps to protect myself and my website. Thank you for understanding.
